Yukon Mash Potatoes

 

5 medium Yukon potatoes chopped

3 garlic cloves with skins on

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 lite sour cream

1/4  tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan Romano cheese

 

Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water

Boil potatoes till tender

Drain water leaving about 2 tbsp in pot

Take garlic gloves out and peel, disgard shell

Add all remaining ingredients

Mash with a potato masher until smooth

Place in bowl and serve warm!
