2 garlic gloves minced
1/4 mushrooms diced
3 cups fresh baby spinach diced
1/4 cup red pepper diced
1 cup bone ham chopped
6 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Romano cheese
Topping
1/4 shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices Swiss cheese
Spray large skillet with cooking oil
Sautee Garlic, mushrooms, spinach and red pepper till nice and tender
In a large bowl add eggs, whipping cream, pepper and salt, mix well
Add sautee vegetables to egg mixture, mix well
Place egg mixture in a prepared casserole dish
Add Cheese topping
Bake 350 for 35 to 45 minutes
Serve!
