Tuscan Grilled Chicken Breast

 

 

3 – 5 chicken breast. Boneless pound with a mallet on both sides

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp Brown sugar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

 

Place chicken breast and all remaining ingredients in a large zip loc baggie.  Marinate over night in refrigerator.

Let chicken rest 40 minutes on counter before cooking.

Grill chicken breast on medium charcoal coals. Till no pink

flip twice
