1 tbsp olive oil
2 large garlic minced
1/2 onion diced
1 jalapeno pepper minced
1/2 red pepper minced
1/2 yellow pepper minced
99% ground turkey
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1/4 cup water
Bibb lettuce 2 – 3 leaves per wrap
or
Ice berg lettuce
Sour cream
Shredded cheese

In a medium sauce pan saute olive oil, garlic, onions, & peppers till nice & tender
In a large sauce pan cook ground turkey, till no pink
Add all saute vegetables to ground turkey & add all remaining ingredients
Simmer for 20 minutes, or cook the following day,it will create a more intense flavor
Stuff lettuce wraps with mixture of ground turkey
