16 Oz Cellentani pasta cooked & drained
99 % lean ground turkey cooked on medium heat in large skillet
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup red pepper diced
1/4 cup green pepper diced
1 cup fresh spinach diced
2 garlic gloves minced
( saute onions, peppers, spinach & garlic in a large skillet over medium heat till nice & tender)
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup shredded low fat mix Asiago, Fontina & provolone cheese
1/4 shredded Parmasean cheese
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together
Garnish with a little shredded Parmasen cheese
