Truffle Mushroom Deviled Eggs

These deviled eggs are delicious.

6 eggs

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes, rinse & drain.  Slice eggs length wise. Place egg whites on platter.

Place egg yolks in medium bowl.

 

(Mix egg yolk with)

1/2 tsp white wine vinegar

2 tbsp free mayo

1 tsp yellow mustard

salt and pepper to taste

 

(Place egg yolk mixture in slice egg whites)

 

(In a medium pan on low heat add)

1 tsp butter

1 cup mix mushrooms

Cook and stir until mushrooms are nice & tender, add

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

Sautee add salt & pepper to taste

 

(Place mushroom mixture on top of deviled eggs,)

 

Sprinkle over eggs with dried parsley & grated parmesan cheese

 

(Drizzle with truffle oil.)
