8.8 oz cheese tortellini pasta – cooked as directed set aside
Vegetables
Small red onion sliced
1/2 green pepper sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2 cups fresh baby spinach chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
Cheeses
1 cup thick mozzarella and Provolone cheese blend
Dressing
Mix all ingredients together
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 garlic gloves minced
Fresh crack pepper
Place cooked tortellini in large mixing bowl, add all vegetables mix, add dressing mix again place salad on a nice platter
Crack fresh pepper on salad
