This is is the ultimate sandwich

Serves 2

1/2 tbsp butter or to taste

4 each hearty rye bread

1/2 lb medium roast beef slice thin

6 cook bacon ; I use box Oscar Meyer

6 slices pickle chips,   I use famous Dave’s signature spicy

drizzle spicy barbecue sauce

2 slices Gouda cheese

2 slices baby Swiss cheese

Au Jus for dipping

Place 2 rye breads on counter;

Add

roast beef

bacon

pickles

barbacue sauce

gouda cheese

baby Swiss cheese

Place the other two rye breads on top of sandwich

Melt butter in a large pan, over medium heat

Place both sandwiches in pan

cook till crisp, flip, cook again till crisp

Serve,  dip in au jus

So damn delicious,
