The Perfect Mash Potatoes

3 lbs red potatoes sliced thin with skin on

1 ln Yukon Potatoes sliced slim with skin on

5 garlic gloves with skins on

Cover pot of water with potatoes and garlic, cook until nice and tender

Drain water from Potatoes , leave a small amount of water , take out garlic, place potatoes, water and peeled garlic in large bowl. Add

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup whipping cream

3 tbsp butter

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Mash all ingredients with pototto smasher

Place in nice dish

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsly

Serve warm or reheat
