The Best Meatballs

 

2.15 lbs equal parts

ground beef, ground veal and ground pork

5 garlic gloves minced

2 eggs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese

2 tbsp dried parsley

2 tbsp dried basil

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

8 tbsp whole milk

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

Form mixture into round balls

Makes between 16 to 18 meatballs

In a large skillet add olive , covering the bottom of the pan

On medium to medium high heat, add meatballs

Cook all sides till crispy, rotating often

 

Serve meatballs with a great spaghetti sauce, jar or homemade
