Tanner’s Grilled Chicken with Sticky Chipolte Sauce

 

 

Sticky Barbecue Sauce

16 oz can coke

1 cup ketchup

1 cup mustard

1 1/4 cup Apple cider vineagr

3/4 cup molasses

2 tbsp ground mustard

2 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp cayenne pepper

11/4 tbsp paprika

1/2 brown sugar

Mix Sauce together

 

Bring to sauce boil , simmer 1 hour

Grill chicken on medium charcoal coals , flip frequently , do not burn chicken

When Chicken is close to being done start basting chicken with stick Barbacue sause. Baste a few times
