1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup whipping cream
1/4 vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
2 eggs slightly beaten
Heat oven 400
In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, cornmeal, baking powder & salt
Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened
Pour in greased 9″ square pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Serve with a hint of warm butter
