6 oz strawberry jello

2 cups hot water

1 cup cold water

1 cup can pineapple juice

8 oz free whip cream

1 cup can cube pineapples / mince finely

 

Boil 2 cups of water, reduce heat, add jello & mix well

turn off heat, add water & pineapple juice

add whip cream & minced pineapples

spoon jello into fancy glasses & refrigerate several hours
