Smoker set at 325
Put chips in water
Place chips in smoker
Dry Rub
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix all dry ingredients together well, set aside
Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ground ginder
2 garlic gloves minced
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, any type
Set sauce aside
Rub ribs with dry rub on both sides all over
Place ribs straight on racks
Smoke for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Remove ribs from racks and place ribs on aluminum foil, baste ribs with sauce and cover ribs
Smoke ribs 1 1/2 hours
Remove ribs from smoker and let rest 15 minutes
Sprinkle ribs with sesame seeds
