20 shelled large shrimp
2-3 sirloin steak
3 different colored peppers chopped into quarter square sizes
button mushrooms
olive oil
( Sauce )
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp. shriacha sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Mix all ingredients in sauce very well, Reserve 1/2 cup for basting
Place steak and shrimp in large zip loc baggie, add sauce, refrigerate several hours.

Heat charcoals on medium heat, arrange kababs on grill, season with onion powder, flip occasionally, basting as needed Shrimp will cook the fastest, cook till no pink,
