I always use baby spinach, instead of large spinach, much more flavorful

 

Hand full fresh baby spinach

2 cooked eggs peeled & sliced

2 button mushrooms sliced

3 cooked bacon-box Oscar Meyer

1 tbsp pine nuts

Red onion thinly sliced

Blue cheese good brick

Salt & Pepper to taste

Fresh cracked black pepper

 

(Layer all above in large bowl )

hot bacon dressing online, just go to there website, you will not be disappointed

You just heat the dressing on serve on my spinach salad.
