INGREDIENTS
1 tbps olive oil
1 small jalapeno pepper
2 green peppers
2 yellow large yellow onions
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
2 14.5 oz cans fire roasted dice tomatoes
1 15.5 oz great northern beans
2 15.5 oz dark red kidney beans
1 15.5 oz chili mild beans
1` 11/5 oz v8 juice
2 cups water
1 tbps cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup = 2 tbsp chili powder
In large frying pan cook
1 1/2 lbs ground beef cooked and drain all fat
In a large chili pot
add
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small jalapeno pepper minced
2 green peppers chopped
2 large yellow onions chopped
Cook and stir until all vegetables are nice and tender
Add ground beef to vegetables
Add all remaining ingredients below in large pot with vegetables and ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
2 14.5 oz fired roasted dice tomatoes
1 15.5 oz great norther beans drained and rinsed
2 15.5 oz dark red kidney drained and rinsed
1 15.5 oz chili mild beans
11.5 oz v8 juice
2 cups water
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbps garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chili powder + 2 tbsp
Stir chill well
Bring chili to boil
Turn down to simmer
Cover chili
Stir frequently
Cook chili 2 1/2 hours or cook all day long
