These taco are delicious spicy & sweet

 

Hard corn shells  heated in oven at warm for about 15 minutes

 

1 lb Lean Gound Beef

1 package taco seasoning

1 small can of dice tomatoes with Chile’s, not drained

 

Cook lean ground  beef in large skillet till no pink, drain fat if need be

add taco seasoning & can tomatoes

cover & simmer for half hour, stir often

 

Scoop taco meat into shells

Medium salsa with mangos

Sour cream

shredded iceburg lettuce

diced tomatoes

shredded Colby cheese
