Spaghetti & Meatballs

Use my ( Meaty Spaghetti Sauce Recipe ) with these meatballs

truly divine! 

(Spaghetti cooked al dente)

This recipe makes 24 meatballs

(Mix all ingredients below together in large mixing bowl, mix well)

1 1/2 lbs each of , ground pork, ground veal, & ground Italian sausage

1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup fresh parsley diced

2 large eggs

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 cup dried minced onions

2 garlic gloves minced

1/4 cup whole milk

Refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate flavors

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a large skillet, add meatballs, do not over crowd

Cook meatballs 10 -15 minutes & then turn them over

I made 3 batches, it depends the size of your skillet on how many batches you will make

Place meatballs on paper plate lined with paper towel to release the grease

Serve with garlic bread if desired
