Southwest Pasta Salad

16 oz penned pasta, cooked & drained

2- chicken breast cooked & sliced

( I used my left over southwest grilled chicken)

small slices red onion

1/4 of each pepped sliced thin,  red, orange & yellow

1/2 can corn drained

2.25 oz sliced olives

16.5 oz can tomatoes

1/2 cup fresh cilantro diced

4 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp cumin

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

 

(Marinade)

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup lite Italian dressing-wish bone

 

In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients, including marinade

Chill & Serve
