Sour Cream Dill Scalloped Potatoes

Cooking pan sprayed with cooking oil

4 large Yukon potatoes sliced thin, I use a hand slicer

1/2 onion sliced thin, hand slicer

2 tbsp butter

1 large garlic minced

salt & pepper to taste

dried dill

1/3 cup sour cream

1/2 cup half & half

1/2 shredded cheddar cheese

 

Preheat oven 425

Melt the 1 tbsp butter over medium heat, add garlic, cook few minutes

place butter & garlic bottom of prepared pan

place a single layer of potatoes & onions in pan, season with salt, pepper & dill

repeat with remaining potatoes & onions

 

Melt 1 tbsp butter, sour cream & milk to sauce pan, until melted & blend

Pour mixture over potatoes, top off with shredded cheese

Bake cover for 30 minutes

So Yummy!

Perfect potatoes to go with a good steak & nice salad!
