Sour Cream Coffee Cake





( For Cake )

3/4 cup butter softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup lite sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup semi sweet chunks

( For Topping )

1 cup brown sugar light

2 tbsp. cinnamon

( For The Glaze )

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp. + 1 tsp water

Instructions…

Preheat oven to 350, Spray bundt pan with cooking oil

In a large bowl , Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the sour cream, eggs and vanilla.

Add the flour, baking powder and salt.

Stir in the chocolate chunks

Mix together topping ingredients. Spoon 1/2 cup of topping into the bottom of the bundt pan. the topping should be loose

Spread 1/2 of the butter into the pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup topping

Spread the rest of the batter on top. Sprinkle with the rest of the topping over the top of batter

Bake about 40 to 50 minutes

Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Place a large plate on top and flip the cake out. Let the cake cool

Mix together the powder sugar and water. Drizzle over the top of the cake. Let set before slicing
