Out door electric smoker
1 bottle dark beer in square tin in electric smoker
Hand full of hickory chips in smoker tray
Cook ham at 225 degrees for 2 1/2 hours
Turn heat completely off for 3 hours
Turn heat back on bring internal temperature up to 165
Glaze ham with package with the ham & let brown
