Cast Iron Skillet. Sprayed with cooking oil
6 pieces of bacon fried and chopped
( Bean Mixture )
3 cans 16 oz van camp pork and beans
1 can navy beans rinsed
1 small onion diced and sautee in 1/2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
Place bean mixture in iron skillet
Top off with bacon
Cook in smoker for 3 to 5 hours uncovered
