Slow Cooker Brats

4 jalapeño cheddar brats

1/2 16 oz jar sauerkraut with juices

3 Yukon potatoes quartered

1 large russet potato quartered

1 large onion quartered

1 red pepper quartered

1 cup chicken broth

2 garlic gloves minced

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp caraway seed

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried parsley

Layer crock pot with sauerkraut, add potatoes and all remaining ingredients

Cover crock pot cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

Gently stir the potatoes and all seasoning

Serve, such as easy comforting dinner
