Slow Cooked Mexican Beef Taco’s

 

 

 

These taco’s are so amazing 

Cherish the smell as you enter into your home

 

Crock pot sprayed with cooking oil

 

2 – 2 1/2 lbs Black Angus Chuck Roast

14.5 oz can chopped Mexican tomatoes

4 oz mild green chilis

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup onion yellow minced

1/4 cup green pepper minced

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup chunky salsa

 

Place chuck roast in crock pot

add all remaining ingredients

 

Cook all day on low

Take roast out of crock pot , shred with fork

Add roast back in crock pot & stir well

 

Serve shredded tacos in flour shells or corn shells

Garnish tacos with

 

shredded cheese

shredded lettuce

sour cream

salsa

or your favorite Mexican sides
