Slow Cooked Beef Brisket

2 small beef briskets

yellow mustard

 

( dry rub )

 

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

3 tbsp paprika

1/4 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp oregano

2 tbsp cumin

 

Place mustard all over briskets

Mix all dry rub ingredients together & gentle pat beef briskets all over with dry rub

You will only be using half of dry rub or less

Store remaining rub in container

 

We used a electric outdoor smoker

Place briskets inside

Add water & wood chips

 

Heat on 200 for around 6 to 8 hours

 

Delicious!
