Slow Cook Buffalo Chicken Chili

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp Chili powder, more if you want a little more kick

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt, add more salt if need be

1 tsp cayenne pepper, more if you want a little more kick

 

1 large onion diced

3 medium stalks celery diced

2 large garlic gloves minced

1 cup red pepper diced

1 1/4 chicken broth

3 15.5 cans great northern beans rinsed

1 14.5 oz can tomatoes

4.5 oz diced green chilies

1.5 pounds skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2 inches pieces

( I used skin chicken thighs & removed skin)

 

Spray pan with cooking spray, add onions, red peppers, celery & garlic

cook on medium heat, till vegetables are nice & tender

Combine 1 can of northern beans & chicken broth in blender

Blend for 30 seconds, until nice & smooth

 

Add all ingredients in a prepared crock pot

 

Cook on low all day!!

This truly is a delicious Chili, The smell is amazing !
