Pre heat oven 350
Pie pan sprayed with cooking oil
1 cup Broccoli chop in small pieces
1 cup ham. I used left over spiral ham, diced
1 cup egg whites, I used 6 eggs
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients together, place in prepared pan
Top off with shredded cheeses
Topping
2 tbsp reduced shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake for 30 minutes
