skillet smothered with lots of butter

3/4 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup honey

2 eggs

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup salted butter , melted 1 stick

 

Preheat heat oven 350

Pour  whipping cream, honey  & eggs in large bowl, mix well

Add all remaining ingredients, stir & combine well

Pour mixture in prepared skillet & bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean from the center.  Remove from oven & allow to cool slightly before serving.
