Skewer Beet Salad

SALAD

pickled beets

fresh baby spinach

goat cheese good

1/4 cup pecans chopped

DRESSING

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

2 large garlic minced

CANDID PECANS

pecans

2 tbsp sugar

Cook pecans on high heat until smelling burnt, stir constantly, add 2 tbsp sugar. Cook and stir until sugar is melted. Set aside and cool.

Layer salad on skewers

sprinkle candid pecans on salad

Serve salad with drizzled dressing

or

Dip salad into prepared salad dressing
