Spray 9×9 pan with cooking spray

Preheat oven 350

 

1 lb lean ground beef

1 small onion diced

1/4 of a red pepper diced

1/4 of a green pepper diced

1 egg

1/4 tsp salt & pepper

2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1/2 cup whole milk

 

Mix all above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, shape as a ball,

press meatloaf mixture into prepared pan

 

(Topping)  mix all together in small bowl

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 cup brown sugar

 

 

Spread topping evenly over meatloaf

 

Bake 50 minutes, uncovered

Let the meatloaf rest 10 minutes

Serve !
