These shrimp tacos are so Delish !!
corn shells
salsa
salsa verde
sour cream
20 small shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lime squeezed
1 1/2 tbsp cumin
Marinate shrimp, olive oil, lime juice & cumin in refrigerator for 1 hour
Slaw for tacos
2 cups bagged coleslaw
1/4 cup free mayo
1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
fresh crack black pepper
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp fresh cilantro diced
1 fresh lime squeezed
2 tbsp diced nacho sliced jalapenos
Mix all together & marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
Skewer shrimp & grill on medium charcoal coals, shrimp is already cooked, so
just lightly grill shrimp
Use your oven burner & put flame on low heat, place corn shells on flame,
flip once you see little bubbles
