2 individual foil packets
Foil
9 large shrimp, deveined
2 each chicken andouille sausage, sliced thin
2 ears corn, cut into 3 & boil 10 minutes
4 Yukon potatoes , cubed & boil 20 minutes
1/2 red pepper sliced thin
1/2 zucchini sliced in 1/4 inch rounds
2 garlic cloves minced
1 lemon, half squeezed on pockets 1/2 cubed on pockets
1 tsp butter, add more to your liking
2 tbsp White wine
Sprinkle Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning &
parsley to your taste
Preheat charcoal grill over medium heat
Cut 2 foil about 12 x 12
Divide all ingredients in 2
Fold up all 4 sides, cover completely & sealing to tightly closed
Place foil packets on the grill & cook until cook through
Flipping pockets while cooking
Serve immediately!!!
