2 boneless chicken breast
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp corn starch
sesame seeds
cooked brown rice
For Sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp corn starch
Whisk all sauce ingredients together, set aside
Season chicken with season salt & pepper
place egg in one bowl, corn starch & flour on 2 separate plates
dip chicken on both side in egg, then corn starch & flour
Heat oil in large skillet over medium add chicken breast
cook both side about 10 minutes, or till crispy
add sauce to skillet, stir, serve sauce over chicken & rice, top off with sesame seeds
( the sauce cooks really fast, be careful… lower heat )
I added soy sauce & cholula hot sauce with my brown rice
serve with steam broccoli
quite tasty!
