Savory Rigatoni Pasta Salad

16 oz rigatoni

1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with garlic & basil

1 cup lite wish bone dressing or regular

1/4 each of orange, green, yellow & red pepper sliced thin

small slices of red onion

6 cooked bacon, I use Oscar Meyer boxed, diced & cooked

1 cooked chicken breast, cut into small pieces, I used left over chicken breast

1 tbsp each of dried parsley, basil & garlic powder

2 cups fresh baby spinach

3/4 cup low fat Mozzarella shredded cheese

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Boil noodles till tender, add spinach 5  minutes before pasta is done

Drain pasta & spinach

Add all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl

Leave extra cheese for topping

Place pasta in a beautiful bowl

 

Chill
