1.5 pounds gemstone potatoes sliced once

1 large vidalia onion sliced

4 tbsp butter

season salt

black pepper

dried parsley

 

Spray large frying pan with cooking spray

(Add)

potatoes, onions, season salt & pepper

cook potatoes on medium high heat, with lid slightly covered

cook for about 40 to 45 minutes, stirring frequently

let potatoes brown

 

Sprinkle with dried parsley
