Quick Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Filling

Zucchini. 2 cups grated

1 egg

1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese2

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Topping

1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup shredded Italian Cheese

Mix zucchini, egg, all cheeses, salt, pepper and garlic powder well

Place in prepare pan with cooking oil.

The mixture in pan should be 1/2 inch

Add cheese topping

Refrigerate a couple of hours

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes

Let cool before slicing
