3 tbsp olive oil in large pot
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper minced no seeds
3 cups of cooked left over pulled pork
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
1 15.5 oz can navy beans rinsed
1 15.5 oz kidney beans rinsed
2 11.5 oz v 8 juice
1 14.5 oz dice tomatoes with green chilis
1 14.4 oz dice tomatoes with green peppers and oregano
1 14.5 oz chili beans in spicy sauce
1 14.5 oz chili beans in mild sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Cook all vegetables in olive oil until nice and tender
Add all remaining ingredients
Cover chili and cook all day
Stir chili frequently
Top chili off with sour cream and tortilla chips
