Pickled Green Beans

 

 

If you like green beans, these are delightful

 

1 large mason jar

 

Ingredients::

Bunch of green beans rinsed and trimmed

1 tsp whole mustard seed

2 garlic gloves, peeled

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp coriander seed

1 tsp kosher salt

1 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

2 cups water

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Place green bean in mason jar

 

Place water & vinegar’s in sauce pan, boil for a couple minutes, Pour liquid over green beans

 

Add all remaining in ingredients

Seal & shake jar lightly

Refrigerate for 3 days.

The longer the better,

P.S.   My son Connor’s friend Elliot says he rolls salami over the green beans

sounds delicious.
