Buy a real nice Pepper jelly from a fresh market

Try not to buy at a local grocery store; will not be the same

 

1 jar Pepper Jack Jelly

1 8 oz cream cheese    I used fat free cream cheese

 

Place cream cheese on platter

Scoop jelly over cream cheese

 

Serve jelly dip with a variety of crackers

 

I served this delicious appetizer on Thanksgiving
