This cake is not the prettiest, but it is so moist & delicious

 

1 package Duncan Hines Moist German Chocolate Cake Mix

 

Frosting

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/2 cup milk

4 cups confectioners sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1 cup shredded coconut

 

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 15 1/2 x 1 inch pan

 

Prepare Cake following package directions. Pour batter into pan

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center

comes out clean

 

For frosting

combine butter, milk & cocoa in medium sauce pan. Stir over low heat until butter is melted . Add sugar & vanilla, stirring until smooth.  Stir in pecans. Pour over warm cake;  Sprinkle coconut over cake.  Cool completely
