Pasta with Mussels and Shrimp

Mussels in Garlic Butter Sauce Frozen Specially Selected by Aldi

Spaghetti cook per Instructions

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

2 whole garlic gloves minced

1/4 cup white wine

Grated Parmesan cheese

Parsley

Empty contents of pouch of mussels into a sauce pan

Add 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic and white wine. Cover sauce pan heat on high for 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pan fried the shrimp with with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Serve Mussels and shrimp over pasta

Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and parsley

Serve with fresh bread and fresh salad
