Ingredients
Co Ho Salmon
Pepper
Olive oil
Sesame seed
Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 large garlic gloves minced
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
2 tsp cornstach
Preparing Teriyaki Sauce
In a medium size pan add water, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add 1 tbsp water and 2 tsp cornstarch increase the heat to high let sauce boil and stir. Stir sauce until lightly thickens, set aside.
Searing the Co Ho’s
In large frying pan add 2 tbsp olive oil on high heat, Place salmon skin up and sear till nice and crispy about 5 minutes. Flip salmon cook another 5 minutes. Scoop teriyaki sauce over salmon and sprinkle sesame seed over seared salmon
This is truly fresh Co Ho salmon straight out of Lake Michigan
My brother in law Mike caught a bunch of salmon with his buddies.
You can imagine how that fishing trip went.
