Over Night Banana French Toast

Baking pan

1 loaf French bread, slice into 1 inch

For Sauce

6 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup Whipping cream

1/2 cup whole milk

1/4 cup Disaronno

For Topping

6 tbsp butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

2 ripe bananas sliced

1 cup whole pecans

1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients of sauce together, mix well

Spoon some sauce on bottom of pan

Place cut French bread in baking dish

Slowly pour sauce over French bread

Cover French bread with plastic Wrap and refrigerate over night

Following day take French bread out of refrigerator

In a sauce pan on medium heat add butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon, stir until creamy add slice bananas and pecan stir until well blended.

Pour sauce over French bread

Sprinkle some more pecans on French bread and drizzle with pure maple syrup

Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes

Top Banana French toast with whip cream of vanilla ice cream

Absolutely amazing.
