Make this turkey as a holiday turkey or and day turkey

12 lb turkey
Large roasting pan
2 tbsp cube butter
extra melted butter
1 can chicken broth
salt & pepper
Butter inside roasting pan
Place turkey in pan
Sprinkle turkey with salt & pepper
Cover turkey with aluminum foil
Base turkey throughout cooking time
Cook turkey at 325
20 minutes per pound
Uncover turkey cook additional 10 minutes, till brown & slight crispy
This meal is quite simple, but carving the turkey is rather tricky

2 cups small croutons
8 slices white bread chopped
2 slices wheat bread chopped
5 celery stalks diced
1/2 onion diced
2 garlic gloves minced
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 ground Italian sausage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp ground sage
1/4 fresh parsley chopped
1 tsp dry thyme
2 cups chicken broth
Saute ground Italian sausage in skillet, until no pink, drain grease
Saute celery, onions & garlic, till nice & tender
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, mix really well
Place stuffing inside cavit of turkey
