This lasanga is so delicious
9×12 pan
1 lb ground beef
1 lb zesty hot breakfast sausage
3 garlic gloves minced
1 medium onion diced
2 cans 14.5 oz whole tomatoes
1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
1 24 oz jar of 4 cheese spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp dried parsley
3 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
3 cups cottage cheese
2 whole eggs beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus 1/4 cup for topping
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1 lb sliced fresh Mozzarella cheese
9 Lasaga pre cooked noodles
In a large pan, sauté ground beef, breakfast sausage, onions & garlic, till no pink and till vegetables are tender, drain grease
Sauce
In a large pot add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, parsley, basil & salt
Add ground beef, breakfast sausage, onion and garlic into sauce pot
cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently
Filling
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp dried parsley & salt in a large bowl & mix well
In 9×12 pan. Scoop 1-2 cup of sauce in bottom of pan
Place 3 noodles on top of sauce
Add part of filling next, spread evenly
Repeat 2 more time

Top lasagna off with remaining sauce , sliced fresh Mozzarella, 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan and sprinkle with parsley
Bake 375
Cover Lasagna with aluminum foil bake 40 minutes
Uncover bake another 15 minutes
Let rest for 15 minutes
