Marinated Grilled Sockeye Salmon

Sockeye Salmon Filets – I Used 3/4 Pound

(mix together )

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 garlic gloves minced

1/2 fresh squeezed lemon

2 tbsp dried chives

 

Marinate all ingredients in a gallon zip lock baggie for up to 2 hours in refrigerator

Take salmon out of refrigerator  let rest until grill is ready

Grill on charcoal coals or gas grill to your liking, I prefer medium

Before grilling sprinkle salmon with garlic powder, season salt & fresh black cracked pepper

 

Salmon is is not the leanest fish, but it is certainly good & healthy for you
