1 flank steak
1/2 bottle ( soy vay-veri teriyaki sauce)
Dash of garlic powder, pepper & season salt
Gallon baggie
Place 3 slices with knife on flank steak
Place flank steak in 1 gallon zip loc baggie
Pour teriaki sauce over steak
Seal bag
Marinate flank steak all day- Do not marinate over night
Season steak with season salt, garlic powder & pepper before grilling
Grill flank steak on charcoal coals or gas grill
Cook until medium or medium rare
Let flank steak rest 10 minutes
Slice steak against the grain & serve
