kids will love this lasagna, moist, cheesy & quite tasty
I even surprised myself, thinking this dish was going to be a disaster
Heat oven to 350
9 1/2 x 7 1/2 baking pan- sprayed with cooking oil
6 individual no boil lasagna noodles
1 jar of good tasting vodka sauce
( cheese Filling )
1 cup lite ricotta cheese
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup reduced shredded Mozzeralla cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
(Topping of Lasagna)
1/2 cup Mozzeralla cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
chop fresh parsley
In medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, egg, Mozzeralla cheese, Parmesan cheese,
basil & Italian seasoning, mix well
Pour 1 cup vodka sauce on bottom of pan
Arrange 3 uncooked noodles over sauce, cover with more sauce
Spread some cheese filling over sauce
Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce & cheese filling

Lasagna, with remaining sauce
1/2 cup Mozzeralla cheese & 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle with fresh parsley
I used 3 layers of lasagna
Cover & bake lasagna 40 minutes, uncover lasagna and bake additional 10 minutes
Let lasagna rest for 15 minutes
Serve
